| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 17β-에스트라디올(17β-estradiol, E2)의 노출에 대응하는 바다송사리의 유전자 및 이를 이용 한 환경 오염 진단방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 바다송사리를 대상으로 해양환경오염에 대응하는 생체 지표의 발굴을 시도하였으며, 17β-에스트라디올 노출에 대한 특이 유전자 후보의 확보 및 검출을 위해 HazChem Fish Array를 활용하여 17β-에스트라디올 노출 여부를 확인할 수 있는 생체지표 및 이들 유전자 생체지표들의 발현량 변화를 규명하였으므로, 이를 환경오염 진단 방법에 이용할 수 있다. | - |
