| dc.description.abstract | 전처리 해수를 이용하여 스피룰리나((Spirulina sp.) 배양액의 제조 비용을 감소시킬 수 있는 스피룰리나 배양액 제조 방법에 대하여 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 스피룰리나 배양액 제조 방법은 천연 해수에 석탄 및 NaOH를 첨가하여, 우유빛 탁도 생성 물질이 제거된 전처리 해수를 제조하는 단계 및 염분 농도 13~18 psu가 되도록 상기 전처리 해수를 담수 (Freshwater)로 희석하는 단계 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. | - |
