| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 천연 여성호르몬 중의 하나인 에스트리올(estriol)을 검출하기 위한 항-에스트리올 항혈청 (anti-estriol antiserum)을 포함하는 에스트리올 검출용 바이오센서 및 에스트리올 검출방법에 관한 것으 로, 에스트리올과 단백질의 결합체로 면역반응시킨 마우스로부터 분리된 항-에스트리올 항혈청을 포함하 는 에스트리올 검출용 바이오센서 및 에스트리올과 단백질의 결합체를 제조하는 단계 상기 결합체를 마우 스에 주사하여 면역반응시켜 항-에스트리올 항혈청을 제조하는 단계 그리고 상기 항-에스트리올 항혈청 과 에스트리올이 포함된 해양유기오염물질을 항원 항체 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 에스트리올 검출 방법 에 의하는 경우, 고가의 장비를 필요로 하는 해양유기오염물질의 화학적인 분석에 있어서 에스트리올과 같 은 천연 여성호르몬이 포함되어 있는지 여부를 정확하고 간단하게 확인할 수 있는 효과가 있다. | - |
