| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 노닐페놀(Nonylphenol, NP) 노출에 대응하는 바다송사리 유전자 및 이를 이용한 수생태계 환경 오염 진단 방법에 관한 것으로써, 구체적으로 본 발명에 따른 수생태계 환경오염 진단 방법은 노닐페놀에 대응하여 발현량이 변화하는 바다송사리의 유전자를 이용하는 것으로써, 노닐페놀에 노출된 바다송사리에 서 하향 또는 상향 조절되는 유전자들을 확인하였으므로, 상기 노닐페놀에 대응하는 바다송사리의 유전자 를 집적한 마이크로어레이 칩, 이를 이용한 진단방법 및 상기 마이크로어레이 칩을 포함하는 키트를 해양 생태계의 스트레스 검출 또는 건강 진단에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다. | - |
