| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 해양 미생물 알파프로박테리아 균주 IMCC12053로부터 분리된 신규의 외향고리 DNA 아미노 그룹 메틸라아제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 해양 미생물에서 동정된 DNA 메틸라아제 및 이를 암호화하 는 DNA 메틸라아제 유전자를 제공한다. 유전자를 발현재조합 벡터에 클로닝하고 형질전환된 세포에서 발현 하여 DNA 메틸라아제를 대량 생산 및 분리하는 방법을 제공하고 있다. 본 발명의 신규 DNA 메틸트랜스퍼라 아제는 제한효소 자리 보호하고 DNA의 물리적 물성 변화를 유도하여 제한효소 인식 서열을 감소시킴으로 써 효소 특이성을 증가시키는 효과를 제공한다. | - |
