| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 주름개선활성 증진을 위한 홍해삼 발효 추출물을 포함하는 조성물의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제 조한 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 홍해삼 발효 추출물은 항산화 활성과 주름 생성과 관련하여 주름생 성을 유발하는 효소인 콜라게네이즈(MMP-1)를 억제시키는 효과가 있으며, 피부탄력을 유지하는 콜라겐의 생성을 증진시킴으로써 주름개선활성에 쓰이는 향장제품과 비교하여 인체에 대한 안전성과 낮은 부작용을 가지므로 화장품 소재로서의 홍해삼의 가치가 크게 증진되고, 발효를 통해 활성이 증진될 수 있는 방법을 제시할 수 있다. | - |
