| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 선박평형수 내 와편모조류를 검출하기 위한 헤테로캅사 트리퀘트라(Heterocapsa triquetra) 유 래 알파-튜불린(α-tubulin)에 대한 다클론항체 및 이를 이용한 와편모조류 검출용 키트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 본 발명에 따른 헤테로캅사 트리퀘트라(Heterocapsa triquetra) 유래 알파-튜불린(α- tubulin)에 대한 다클론항체가 적조를 일으키는 해양미생물인 와편모조류를 선박평형수 처리 허용치 (1,000,000 세포)보다 월등히 적은 약 100,000 세포까지 특이적으로 검출함을 확인하였으므로, 이를 선박 평형수 내의 와편모조류를 검출하기 위한 키트로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다. | - |
