| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 해양 병원성 박테리아 아르코박터 미티리 (Arcobacter mytili) 검출용 프라이머 세트, 상기 프 라이머 세트를 포함하는 해양 병원성 박테리아 검출용 키트, 및 상기 프라이머 세트를 사용하여 해양 병원 성 박테리아를 검출하는 방법과 동정하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 해양 병원성 박테리아 검출용 프 라이머 세트는 미래 우리나라 해역에서 질병을 유발시킬 가능성이 있는 해양박테리아 병원체를 신속, 정확 하게 검출할 수 있는 기반기술이 될 것이며, 해양생물 질병에 대한 예방 및 대응을 용이하게 하는데 기여 할 것으로 판단된다. | - |
