| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 Glut-1 유전자로 형질전환된 형질전환체 및 그 배양방법에 관한 것으로, 특히, Glut-1 유전자 로 형질전환된 클라미도모나스 해들레이이 및 상기 형질전환체의 바이오매스를 획기적으로 증가시켜, MAA 대량 생산에 활용할 수 있는 배양방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 클라미도모나스 헤드레이이 형질전환체는 Glut-1 유전자로 형질전환된 미세조류로써, 이러 한 형질전환체의 바이오매스를 증가시키는 배양 방법을 통하여, 시노린, 포르피라와 같은 MAA 대량 생산에 도 유용하게 활용할 수 있다. | - |
