| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 콜린계 효소의 활성을 억제하는 물질을 이용하여 고순도의 효소로 추출한 추출물에 관한 것으 로, 더욱 자세하게는 청정해역에 서식하는 어류의 근육이나 뇌 조직에서 추출한 해양퇴적물 및 수질오염 진단용 콜린계 효소 추출물에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 수질오염 진단의 표준물질로 이용되어, 해 양 수질이 신경 독성물질에 의해 위해성을 가지는지의 여부를 실험실에서 조기진단할 수 있도록 하며, 표 준물질로서의 고순도의 효소 추출물을 대량으로 제작할 수 있어, 간편하고 손쉽게 수질오염을 진단할 수 있는 효소 추출물을 제공할 수 있다. | - |
