| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 인시츄 혼성화를 사용하는 코클로디니움 폴리클리코이데스 검출방법 및 검출용 키트에 관한 것 으로, 구체적으로 코클로디니움 폴리클리코이데스에 특이적인 탐침을 사용하여 인시츄 혼성화를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코클로디니움 폴리클리코이데스(Cochlodinium polykrikoides) 검출방법에 관한 것이 다. 본 발명에 따르면 코클로디니움 폴리클리코이데스를 샘플로부터 매우 신속, 정확하게 정량적으로 검출해 낼 수 있고, 또한 현장적용이 가능하며 경제적이다. 따라서 코클로디니움 폴리클리코이데스의 대발생 가능 성을 예측할 수 있으며, 이에 대비함으로써 안정한 해양생태계를 유지하는데 큰 도움이 될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 어업, 양식업 등의 예측하지 못한 피해를 줄이는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. | - |
