| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 신규한(새로운) 5-하이드록시인돌 화합물 및 이들의 암 치료의 신규 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발 명의 신규 5-하이드록시인돌 화합물은 암세포의 성장을 효과적으로 억제할 수 있으므로, 이를 유효성분으 로 포함하는 본 발명의 조성물은 암을 예방 또는 치료할 수 있는 물질로서 약리학적 조성물과 같은 의약품 으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 또한 본 발명의 신규 5-하이드록시인돌 화합물은 천연소재인 해면동물로부 터 분리된 소재로서 합성 화합물 대비 안전성을 갖는바, 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 본 발명의 조성물은 장기적 사용에도 안전한 이점을 가진다. | - |
