| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 선박평형수 내 와편모조류를 검출하기 위한 알렉산드리움 타마렌스(Alexandrium tamarense) 유 래 RuBisCO(Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphatate carboxylase/oxygenae) large chain(rbcL)에 대한 단일클론항체 및 이를 이용한 와편모조류 검출방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 와편모조류 중에 하나인 알렉산드리움 타마렌스(Alexandrium tamarense)의 RuBisCO(Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphatate carboxylase/oxygenae) large chain(rbcL)을 클로닝한 후, 이를 항원으로 사용하여 단일클론항체를 제조하였고, 이를 이용한 키트는 알 렉산드리움 타마렌스 RuBisCo large chain을 2.8ng까지 인식함을 확인함으로써, 이를 통해 본 발명의 알렉 산드리움 타마렌스 유래 rbcL에 대한 단일클론항체는 선박평형수 내의 잔류 생물 생존 유무를 측정하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. | - |
