| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 국제적으로 인정받을 수 있는 조류발전 실해역 시험장 및 육상 시험장 구축을 위해 KOLAS (Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme) 공인시험기관 인정 획득 절차 및 방안 등을 조사하였다. KOLAS는 제품, 절차, 시스템, 요원 및 기관 등과 같은 평가대상이 일정 기준에 부합하는지의 여부를 입증하는 평가제도이며, 규정된 절차에 따라 시험기관의 품질 시스템과 기술능력을 평가하여 국제공인시험기관으로 승인하고 있다, 한편 KOLAS 공인시험기관에서 수행된 시험 및 측정데이터는 국제적 신뢰성을 가질 수 있다. KOLAS 공인시험기관 인정을 획득하기 위해서는 신청서를 접수한 뒤 문서심사, 문서심사 보완조치 후 현장평가, 유효성 검증, 인정위원회를 통한 가부 결정의 순서로 진행되며, 인정 획득에 소요되는 기간은 최소 7개월에서 1년이다. 따라서 국내 최초로 설립되는 조류발전 실해역 시험장 및 육상 시험장에 대한 공인시험기관 지정을 위해 사전에 필요한 준비를 함으로써 시험장 구축 초기에 KOLAS 인정을 획득하고자 한다. | - |
