dc.description.abstract Korea Institute of Ocean Science & Technology developed a track based underwater robot, URI-R, which can perform underwater heavy work such as underwater pipeline/cable laying etc. We are going to commercialize the developed equipment and want to apply it to actual underwater construction site. To do this, sea trial test for validation for its performance should be carried out. In this paper, performance target and achieved results by sea trial test were considered. In the future, we will try to improve and reinforce its function so that it can apply to the real underwater construction site. -
