| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 독창적인 의약 선도물질을 발굴할 목적으로 국내 최초로 점액세균의 분리법과 배양법을 확립하여 지금까지 국내토양과 해양시료로부터 300종 이상의 균주를 분리한 후 이들의 배양물로부터 화학적, 생물학적 screeening을 통해 신규 의약활성물질을 탐색하여 그 활성본체에 대한 화학적 연구를 수행하였기에 그 결과의 일부와 함께 점액세균에 대한 미생물학 특성을 소개하고자 한다. | - |
